Children and young people’s referral management centre RMC

The Children and Young People’s Referral Management Centre (CYPRMC) is a single point of access for professionals to make referrals into children and young people's specialist community health services.

They accept referrals from any professional who works with a child, a young person, and their families. The CYPRMC uses one generic referral form, which enables professionals to refer to any service in the same way and by the same route.
