Northamptonshire Young Carers Service would like to invite you to support us onYoung Carers Awareness DayThursday 30^thJanuary 2020.

We are thrilled to have had its Young Carers Service selected as one of the final Network Providers (year 3 of the funding) to receive £10,000 from Carers Trust.
We aim with your support to tackle the mental health inequalities faced by young carers and young adult carers. The name itself points to the approach this project will take:“MY Mental Health”it will empower young carers to promote their own interests and educate stakeholders and services as to how they can improve resources and support, which help carers continue their crucial roles while succeeding in education, the workplace and beyond.

We have an exciting chance for Young Carers Locally to learn about Local Support available to them and for professionals to hear first-hand from some Young Carers about their journey’s in battling their own Mental Health Challenges. We are inviting Health Professionals, Young Carers and Schools from across Northamptonshire to join us and recognise our Young Carers on this national day of awareness for a potentially vulnerable group of young people.If you want to attend as a stall holder please let us know by Fri 24^thJan and contact via email too!
