Healthwatch Northamptonshire is the consumer champion for everyone who uses health and social care services in the county

One of the aims is to bring youth groups together across the county into a ‘virtual’ young Healthwatch to enable a countywide view from young people on health and social care issues.

Connexions/NCC and the Young Leaders have put together a health and wellbeing survey aimed at 11 to 25 year olds, which Healthwatch Northamptonshire is supporting .

As part of this we would like young people to come up with a poster design for the survey.

At the bottom of the poster will be a ‘designed by……………’ strapline as the prize.

Poster designs will need to be sent to enquiries@healthwatchnorthamptonshire.co.uk  or posted to Healthwatch, Sunley Conference Centre, Boughton Green Road, Northampton NN2 7AL by Friday 15^th August and will need to be:

-          Colourful

-          Appeal to young people

-          Have the Healthwatch wording ‘Make your voice count’

-          Closing date of 31^st Oct for the survey

-          Designed by……..
