We are providing two one hour live online webinar’s starting on 28 April at 5:30 PM, that will provide you with the skills to manage your exam anxiety and get the most from your revision.

  • We can help improve and maintain your attention, concentration and memory when it comes to revision!
  • The skills we will cover are based on current research into stress and anxiety management, including mindfulness.
  • We offer exam tips and will even offer sleep advice so you’re well rested and can do your best.


What do I need?
All you need is an email address, an internet connection and one of the following: Tablet, PC, Laptop or Smartphone, and you’re ready to go.

Who can access this?
ANYONE! If you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed or struggling to manage your exam revision, we can help. Maybe you just want some tips on getting the most out of yourself, well this webinar could help you. Don't let worry and stress stop you achieving the results you’re capable of.
