ADHD Matters launches new website.

ADHD Matters Supported by Autism Concern and Northamptonshire County Council is a service offering information, advice and guidance on all aspects of ADHD and related conditions, we can be contacted on our dedicated phone line, by email, in person, through social media and via our website.

Their aim is to work within the community of Northamptonshire supporting families and children with ADHD. They also work with professionals and in schools helping them support young people and their families enabling them to understand ADHD and bring awareness to anyone who cares for and supports a young person with ADHD, working together to change the negative perception of ADHD into positive.

  • Face to face meetings by arrangement and drop in’s
  • School visits and meetings
  • Meetings with other organisations
  • Professional awareness sessions and presentations
  • Signposting to other services

They will provide resources on ADHD, such as “What is ADHD, Diagnosis, Medication and advice for teenagers such as Meltdown Management.” They have information for everyone and have many more resources so please ask.

They understand first hand the issues around ADHD, sharing experience and providing expert support and encouragement.

You do not have to have a diagnosis to contact them, and there is no waiting list.
