iDID are trying to assess whether there is currently a need for a mentor programme for deaf and disabled young adults (14-25) in Northamptonshire.

They have  created a survey and would be hugely grateful if you can share it amongst your relevant networks to ensure it is exposed to  wide range of young people. Some questions are quite complex and parents/guardians may need to help complete this, or complete it on behalf of their child/service user. The link below will take you to the online survey which consists of 13 questions. It will take approximately 6-8 minutes to complete.
